1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Rubysta Jewelry. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Orders & pricing
All orders are offers to buy. Acceptance happens when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — you'll be refunded in full if so.
Prices on the site are inclusive of applicable VAT/GST where required. Currency is shown by the country selector — billing happens in the chosen currency. Made-to-order pieces require a 50% deposit and the balance is collected before shipping.
3. Custom & made-to-order pieces
Custom pieces are designed and quoted individually. Once production begins they are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where the piece materially deviates from the agreed CAD or specification.

6. Warranty & care
Our Care & Warranty page covers what's included (free first-year resizing, lifetime cleaning, manufacturing-defect warranty) and what isn't (accidental damage, lost stones).
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, photography, copy, code — is owned by Rubysta Jewelry or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or break the site.
- Don't impersonate others or post fraudulent reviews.
- Keep your account credentials private — you're responsible for activity under your account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that can't be resolved amicably will be settled in the courts of Bangkok.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
