12-month manufacturing warranty
Every piece is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects: loose stones (where the prongs failed, not where the piece was dropped), broken solder joints, plating wear in the first 6 months. We'll repair or replace at our discretion.
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Accidental damage (drops, impact, getting caught on fabric).
- Lost stones from accidental damage.
- Wear and tear consistent with daily use.
- Repairs or alterations done by a third-party jeweler.
- Pieces that show signs of misuse or improper storage.
Lifetime cleaning & polishing
Send your piece in any time, however many years later — we'll clean, polish and re-rhodium-plate (where applicable) free of charge. You only pay return shipping and insurance.
Resizing
First resize within the first 12 months: free, up to two sizes either direction. After that, resizing is charged at cost ($20–$80 depending on the band). Some designs (eternity bands, channel-set, tension settings) can't be resized — we'll tell you up front.
How to send your piece for service
- Email with your order number and what you'd like done.
- We'll confirm the work and the lead time, then send shipping instructions.
- Pack the piece in the original box; insure the parcel for full value.
- We complete the work in 7–14 days and return it via insured courier.
Daily care tips
- Last on, first off. Apply perfume, lotion and hair products before putting jewelry on. Take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping.
- Soft cloth, mild soap. A weekly wipe with a clean microfiber cloth keeps gold and platinum bright. For a deeper clean, lukewarm water + a drop of fragrance-free dish soap, soft-bristle toothbrush, rinse, pat dry.
- Store separately. Each piece in its own pouch or compartment so they don't scratch each other. Diamonds scratch every other gemstone.
- No ultrasonic cleaners for emeralds, opals, pearls, or oiled/treated stones. Diamonds and sapphires are fine, but when in doubt: send it to us.
- Annual check-up. Ship your piece in once a year for a free inspection — we re-tip prongs and tighten anything loose before a stone is lost.
Lifetime upgrade program
When you're ready to upgrade your center stone or design — anniversary, milestone, or just because — we credit 100% of the original piece value (excluding shipping/duties) toward a new piece of equal or greater value. Lab certificate must accompany the original.
