Production lead times
In-stock pieces ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces take 7–14 business days to craft, plus shipping. We email you a CAD render for approval before casting; once you sign off, the clock starts.
Rates & carriers
Shipping is free worldwide on every order with no minimum spend. We ship via FedEx Priority and DHL Express — both fully insured, signature on delivery, end-to-end tracking.

Customs & duties
Orders shipping outside Thailand may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These are not included in our prices — they're set by your country's customs authority and payable on delivery. We declare full value for insurance; under-declaring isn't something we'll do.
For US orders under $800, no duty is typically due. EU orders under €150 are usually duty-free but VAT applies. For exact estimates, please contact your local customs office.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Logged-in customers can also check status from My orders.
Lost or damaged shipments
Every shipment is insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date and we'll replace or refund — your choice.
Signature on delivery
Because of the value of our pieces, all shipments require a signature. If no one is home, the carrier will leave a note and reattempt; after three failed attempts the parcel is held for pickup or returned to us at your cost.
Address changes
Need to change a shipping address? Reach us within 12 hours of placing the order — once it's handed to the courier we usually can't intercept.
